The firm’s labor and employment section consists of Andrea McNeil, and Jack Turner. These attorneys have knowledge and experience in the following areas:

The firm also has a flat fee schedule which contains a list of employment services the firm provides at a flat rate. These services include drafting employment handbooks, doing I-9 audits and other services that are intended to prevent employment litigation or, at the very least, to limit exposure to employers if employment actions are brought.
